Support innovative projects and the protection of the business’ assets and data

Identifying and securing the company’s assets and data, protecting innovation and know-how, and ensuring the compliance of practices are all new challenges and reflexes to adopt to ensure the success and sustainability of a project, whatever its size.

With a professional experience of 15 years in a business law firm, François-Xavier Boulin has decided to create effective IP, a law firm exclusively dedicated to the support of French and foreign companies and entrepreneurs in Intellectual Property Law, New Technologies and Data Protection.

Renowned for his expertise in both advice and litigation, responsiveness and rigor, François-Xavier Boulin is a partner in listening to the needs and ambitions of its customers, whether to anticipate the legal risks of their projects and strategies, to negotiate and draft their contractual agreements, to protect or defend their rights, or to ensure the compliance of their practices to the GDPR, in particular by offering an outsourced DPO service.

Three years after its creation, the firm is now composed of 3 lawyers, with the arrival as associate of Hanna Wiadrowska in August 2021 and of Mia Pezo in February 2022, and also relies on trainees.
